Lashings of five rifles including one AK-47, terrorist attack on police post in Kashmir

In Shopian, South Kashmir, the terrorists carried out a major incident of arms loot while attacking a post of Jammu and Kashmir Police. According to information from the sources, on Tuesday night at around 11.30 pm, a post made for security outside the court complex of Shopian, unknown militants attacking 5 rifles have been looted.

According to sources, the rifles looted include 4 INSAS and 1 AK-47 rifle. Since this incident, intense search operations are being conducted by the security forces in the entire area.

Confirming the incident, IG SP Water of the South Kashmir Range Police said that no one was injured in the attack on the late night while the police was investigating the number of looted arms.
