No team has come forward to hack EVM, Election Commission has given the challenge
Election Commission's challenge to prove the false voting machine (EVM) is not accepted by any political party so far. For the political parties accusing EVMs, the Commission has applied for the application till 5 PM on May 26, so that from June 3, they can prove their allegations by tapping the EVMs before the Commission.
Until Thursday evening, no interest has been shown by political parties. On the other hand, the Election Commission has been very active and responding to the political parties accusing.
EC rejects demand for 'AAP'
The Election Commission has rejected the demand of Aam Aadmi Party to allow the EVMs to interfere in the motherboard or internal circuit on Thursday. The Commission has written a letter to the party saying that allowing permission for change in the motherboard would be like making a new machine to the new machine or allowing the newly created EVM in the Election Commission, which is impossible and irrational.
The commission said that it is a common fact that changing any electronic machine's motherboard or internal active system is like changing the whole device. After changing this, the format of this machine will be changed.
So, we reject your demand and challenge the EVM Challenge on the basis of established standards. The commission has also asked the political parties to give evidence in favor of their allegations on Thursday.
