Fake currency gang busted
Cars, computers, scanners, printers and cutters recovered from the arrested, including five crore rupees of a woman gangster.
Barnala: Fake currency Barnala Police has arrested five members of the active gang, including a woman gangster, to prepare a fake currency under the leadership of a woman in Sandhu Kalan village. In the preliminary investigation, the notes and some minor notes of about 7.7 million notes, including machinery and materials for making notes, were recovered.

SSP Baljot Singh Rathore informed during press conference that on May 1, a secret information was received to CIA Barnala Incharge, Malkit Singh, that a gang of fake currency business near Bhadaur was active. Female resident of the gang Sukhdarshan Kaur resident of Sandhu Kalan, Kuldeep Singh resident Sahina, Sandeep Singh resident Sahina, Ramandeep Singh, minor Jagdish Das (17) and lawyer Khan resident Sahinana are also included.
